Your scheduled call will be with one of our production experts who will get to know the story you're trying to tell & help bring that to life in a way that suits your brand. This is a great chance for you to ask questions, get to know each other better & get a brief idea of what/how the content will be used to ensure it is captured the best way.

Content management and production work together in digital media. Management is about planning, organizing, and keeping content consistent and relevant, often using systems that match marketing goals (think scripting, posting, Analytics). Production is about creating engaging original content like photo and video. Management deals with organising and sharing content, while production focuses on the story and innovating it to go deeper than the surface level.

This can change broadly from project to project, client to client. Some people love to be infront of the camera, others float in the background, others not on site at all. There are no 2 clients the same so therefore this can be discussed to ensure a smooth shoot is achieved regardless of the involvement.

Before a content shoot, clients should set clear goals and expectations. This means identifying key messages, understanding the audience, and outlining desired results. Work with the creative team to gather assets like logos and brand guidelines. Hold pre-shoot meetings to go over logistics, timelines, and shot lists for an easier shoot day. Finally, make a checklist to confirm all equipment, props, and talent are ready for smooth content creation.
